"well drawn and specified plans are your most direct way to saving money in construction cost."

A "European Cottage" styled home on a marsh and tidal creek in southeastern North Carolina. The oversized, tumbled brick exterior is highlighted by a well-designed and crafted portico with Craftsman detailing and woodwork. The angled interior plan and rear glass walls open to the marsh views and beyond.

This and the following image are the same home, here showing the front view. It presents a serene and stately stuccoed home with strong traditional styling as it sits on a high bluff overlooking the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The detached Garage features a fully self-sufficient Guest Suite with a private entry.

Panoramic views of the marsh and water are seen through 12' high glass rear walls, with the highlight being an upper level "crows nest" to watch boats cruising the waterway. One cannot miss the views walking through the open interior layout of spaces. The pool is edged up to the bluff with a boat dock below.
