While fitting the home design to your needs and your lot, we are also ensuring that the exterior design and detailing of the home will meet with the architectural guidelines of your development; and set the stage for the structural engineering of the home by our consultant to exceed North Carolina Wind Code requirements. In addition, you benefit from our expertise in analyzing construction estimates for accuracy, and inclusiveness, as well as monitoring construction progress during that phase. We also offer recommendations on area builders who have demonstrated their professionalism on our past projects.
To help our clients visualize the finished home, we will create 3D modelling to provide a virtual "walk-thru" while the design is on paper, as well as 3D snapshots that can be easily emailed for a quick look at a Kitchen, Master Bath or exterior view.
